Overnight Cucumber, Ginger and Lemon Water for Bloating
Whenever I have a bit of a cheat meal, I constantly follow it up with this cucumber lemon ginger water since it assists with water retention and simply feeling much better total after having some junk food.
This is made with cucumber, ginger, lemons and cinnamon. I leave this is in the fridge overnight and have it first thing in the early morning the next day.
- 3 cups purified water
- 1 cucumber, cut into slices
- 1 inch ginger, peeled and cut into slices
- 2 organic lemons, cut into slices
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Include all the active ingredients into a pitcher and mix to combine.
Let sit over night into the refrigerator.
Serve on an empty stomach.
